Feasibility study in Ukraine

GSC members have just completed a study in Ukraine for OeKB

The project was contracted to Metals Consulting International - our associate company - and consisted of a feasibility study for a new pickle line at Zaporizhstal.

This investment is part of a wide-ranging set of plans to modernise the plant and a full set of financial projections were made showing all the planned investments and thee likely benefits in terms of quality improvements, cost reductions and an improvement in the product mix. The results were presented to OeKB in Vienna.

The team included technical, market and financial specialists - all GSC members - and was led by Andrzej Kotas.
